How To: Add Items To The Start-Menu.
Created by Neefy.
Ever tried having a program, like HJsplit or MyspaceGopher(version without a setup) and being annoyed that it doesn't create an entry in the start menu?
Well, this is a quick little tut on how to add any program/video/whatever you like to the start menu!
Please note: I have a Danish version of windows, so my things will be called other things, I will do my best to try to translate or figure out what it'd be called in English. PM me if you have any problems.
Locate what you want to add (in this case, HJSplit)
Now go to the start-menu folder (Usually located in X:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\Start Menu\Programs\
Once here, create a folder with any name you want (I'll pick HJSplit just for convenience
Now add the HJSplit.exe file inside that folder (together with whatever you want)
Now go to your start menu, and there it should be! (if you did it correctly)
